Who We Are

We aren’t an events agency treating golf like a generic day out.

Founded by former competitive golfers and corporate finance veterans, Club 15 uses the lessons learned on the course to help companies build deeper business relationships.

We elevate a round of golf into a four-hour window for observing how people handle pressure and make decisions, giving you the platform needed to build trust and drive commercial influence.

  • Founded by elite golfers and corporate finance professionals
  • A strategic golf partner, not an events agency
  • Built to turn golf into your most valuable relationship channel

The 15th Club.

In golf, the rules limit 14 clubs in the bag. The 15th is the strategist at your side.

Tour players know the most valuable asset on the course isn’t a particular club, it’s the trusted caddie reading the greens, charting the yardages and managing the pressure.

We are the 15th club for your business. An unseen partner handling the strategy, access and hosting behind the scenes, so you can focus entirely on driving key relationships.

  • Your unseen strategist, on and off the course
  • Managing access, logistics and hosting behind the scenes
  • The advantage that plays out in every relationship you build

My Story

My love for golf began with my grandfather, who patiently taught me the game as a child. That foundation earned me an NCAA scholarship to Georgia State University, where I spent four years competing at the highest level of US college golf.

When I moved into UK corporate finance, I saw the game from a completely different perspective. In the US, golf was a natural, accessible business driver. In the UK, I watched forward-thinking firms pull back from it entirely, wary of its exclusive, outdated stigmas.

Why Club 15

Having lived both sides of the sport, as an elite player and a corporate professional, I founded Club 15 to reinvent UK corporate golf so companies can embrace it with confidence. By stripping away administrative friction and old-fashioned clichés, we make golf a modern, inclusive, and highly effective relationship driver for your entire firm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Membership, billing & procurement
What’s included in the membership fee?

Membership Features

Flexible Spend Account: A single allocation spent entirely at your discretion, covering green fees, bespoke golf days, client gifting, and branded merchandise (with optional spending guardrails).

Dedicated Support & Access: Priority access to premier UK venues with a dedicated account manager handling all bookings and logistics.

Note: Membership includes 1x ‘New to Golf’ cohort. Additional ‘New to Golf’ cohorts, the ‘Women in Golf’ pathway, and Club 15 Leagues are available separately on a per-cohort or standalone basis.

Billing Options

Pay to Play: Billed per round or event with no long-term commitment. Book individual Client & Team Days as needed, with each event invoiced separately.

Membership: A single pre-loaded account with maximum flexibility. Top up your account as needed, and unused balances automatically roll over into the following year. Instead of processing a constant stream of individual expense claims, your finance team works from a single consolidated statement.

Payment Options

Both Pay to Play (Individual Client Day) bookings and Membership top-ups can be processed through corporate procurement systems, standard Purchase Orders (POs) and established vendor onboarding processes.

How is client confidentiality managed?

Discretion is built into every Club 15 experience. We are fully prepared to execute formal NDAs upon request during the enquiry process.

Can our compliance team review how gifting and hospitality are handled?

Yes. We can provide documentation for client days and gifting to match your organisation's internal compliance requirements.

Can we restrict how the account is spent?

Yes. Guardrails can be set when your account is configured: for example, restricting the balance to sales and business development activity only, with team culture and internal use excluded.

Let us know your requirements when you enquire.

New to Golf
How do I join a New to Golf cohort?

If your company is a Club 15 member, simply reach out to your internal Club 15 company representative to enrol. They manage cohort allocations directly with us, so you don’t need to sign up or register on our website.

Do I need my own clubs or kit?

None at all. We provide a completely turnkey experience: all clubs, equipment and training gear are fully provided for beginner cohorts. Casual dress is welcome, so you just need to turn up.

Inclusion & impact
How do you measure impact and reporting?

We track tangible engagement metrics, from cohort participation and completion rates to post-programme confidence scores and internal networking reach.

Your dedicated account manager provides regular executive summaries showing how the programme drives skill acquisition, team connection and corporate DE&I objectives.

Which budget does this typically come from?

Most clients fund these programmes through Learning & Development, DE&I, or Corporate Benefits budgets, given their focus on skill building, inclusion and executive networking.

Pathways can be drawn directly from your main Club 15 membership account or funded as standalone team packages.

Isn’t golf notoriously non-inclusive?

Historically, yes. This is exactly why Club 15 exists.

We remove the traditional barriers by providing full equipment, coaching, and structured, judgement-free cohorts. Our Women in Golf and New to Golf pathways transform golf into an accessible, high-impact tool for personal growth and career progression.
